We have moved

After more than 30 years, the medical practice at 64 The Mall West Heidelberg closed on 29th December, 2023.

Dr. Chong and Dr. Owen have relocated to Heidelberg West Medical Clinic at 15 The Mall, West Heidelberg and will be available for consultations from the 3rd January 2024. Please call (03) 9458 1371 to book your appointment.

All our medical records have been transferred to Heidelberg West Medical Clinic and we hope our patients will choose to continue their care at our new location.
